Analysis of some training theories applied to the generativity concept

We found exciting to study how generativity has evolved since Erikson (1950) outside the Psychology and Sociology disciplines, had permeated into fields of Ecology, Grammar Syntax, Information Communication Technology (ICT), without losing part essence genuine meaning given by back then, about generative task as a construct. I wanted investigate this further, my findings turned out be very interesting. In paper perform basic analysis some training theories applied concept construct (1950), in field Sociology, (ICT).
